DIMENSIONS Solo Cello recital
The mystical relationship between the improviser and composer Yiorgos Kaloudis and his cello revealed through his unique solo recital.
It was the premiere of his works, both the arrangements of his compositions for solo cello but, primarily, the premiere of his new composition titled "Fantasy for Solo Cello” in Three Parts, specially composed for the Diaghilev Festival 2024.
The recital could not be complete without two compositions featuring the deep and distinctive timbre of the classical Cretan lyra, creating a special and tender finale.

THESIS TRIO “Alpha F”
The Thesis Trio consists of three prominent soloists, beloved friends, and collaborators:
Irini Tsirakidis (mezzo-soprano), Υiorgos Kaloudis (cello-classical Cretan lyra, arrangements), and Dimitra Kokkinopoulou (piano).
The "Alpha F" concert consists of songs and compositions by contemporary Greek composers (20th & 21st century), set to the music of acclaimed poets.
